Khrome Werks Black Dual Header Systems
Feaures and Overview:
• Reduce heat transmission to the rider and passenger by routing the exhaust under the frame instead of under the seat
• Lighter system that offers more flow and makes more top-end power than the factory system
• Feature 1-3/4" 16-gauge mandrel bent, interconnected Header and 220° full-coverage heat shields
• Front pipe crosses over to the left side and is securely mounted to the transmission oil pan
• Crossover pipe is formed from the 1-7/8" tubing for increased ground clearance and no cross-sectional area loss
• Hidden inter-connect for maximum top-end horsepower, improved low-end torque and sound dampening
• Header systems are available in a high-gloss chrome finish and full-coverage heat shields are finished in black Jet-Hot® high-performance coating with chrome-plated Header
• PART #s 1802-0122 and 1802-0253 include two 18mm sensor ports with plugs and two 12mm sensor ports with plugs
• Header systems accept any 95-16 OEM-style dresser mufflers (sold separately)
• O² sensor ports and plugs, gaskets and all mounting hardware included
• Use any Khrome Werks™ or other bagger muffler set

•This kit is designed to use with three-ball style resonators that are 6.50" long
•Will also fit most other mufflers (four-ball style resonators) if 1/4"-20 x 11.00" threaded rods are substituted for the supplied bolts
•Installation requires removal of the mufflers
•Kit includes machined discs and two 7.50" 1/4"-20 bolts and two prevailing torquenuts
